1993 - started within Stellenbosch University
1999 - registered Stellenbosch Automotive Engineering Pty (Ltd.)
1999 - 2005 - relocated to the ADE Engineering and Test facility, Atlantis, Western Cape
2005 - setup CAE Marine for Marine Products and Operations
2008 - renamed as Cape Advanced Engineering Pty (Ltd)
2008 - setup CAE Energy for Renewable Energy Operations
